01What information do you need for an exhibition stand quote?
Tell us the trade fair or event, the exhibition dates and your stand area. Describe your preferred construction method, equipment and budget. This helps us assess planning, production and logistics for an individual quote.
02How long does it take to plan and build an exhibition stand?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Typically, we need 4 to 8 weeks from initial concept to final implementation. For urgent orders, shorter timeframes are possible.
03Do you also offer international exhibition stand services?
Yes, we work throughout Europe and have already completed numerous international projects. We take care of all logistical challenges for you.
04What does an exhibition stand cost?
Costs vary depending on size, design complexity and equipment. We are happy to prepare an individual quote based on your requirements and budget. Contact us for a no-obligation consultation.
05Do you also handle assembly and dismantling?
Yes, we offer a complete service: on-time delivery, professional on-site assembly, support during the fair, and complete dismantling and removal after the fair ends.
06How far in advance should I plan my stand?
Ideally, start planning two to three months before your fair. This leaves enough time for design, production and any adjustments. For urgent orders, we also find short-term solutions.
07Which materials do you use?
We work with wood-based materials, metal, glass and modern composites. Octanorm system stands use reusable aluminium profiles; custom builds are made from wood-based materials. Technical planning follows the requirements of the respective exhibition organisers.
08Will I receive a 3D visualisation of my stand?
Of course. We create detailed 3D visualisations and technical drawings so you can get an accurate picture of your stand before it is built.
